1. Open Arc Flash Module 0:07

Launch Labelforge PRO.

Locate the Arc Flash module on the left-hand side.

Click on 'Arc Flash' to open the template.
2. Update Header 0:20

Click on the pencil edit icon.

Select the current header (e.g., 'Caution') and change it to 'Warning'.
3. Enter Project Information (Optional) 0:39

If applicable, enter the project name in the designated field.
4. Fill Out Label Information 0:51

Input the following details:

Equipment Name
-
Nominal Voltage
-
Arc Flash Boundary
-
Assessment Date
-

Review the updates reflected in the label.
5. Update PPE Information 1:19

Change the PPE information to 'Incident Energy'.

Fill in the relevant details:

Incident Energy (e.g., 1.9 calories/cm²)

Working Distance (e.g., 1 foot 6 inches)

Select the appropriate PPE category (e.g., Level 1).
