Bronco Max: Error 15

Error 15 indicates that the lid is not closed in the BroncoMax.

DuraLabel printers calibrate ribbon and supply upon lid closure to reduce wrinkles and ensure optimal print quality. If the lid switch doesn’t detect that the lid is closed the printer will not be able to print.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Power cycle the printer to ensure that it is not stuck in error status.
  2. Open the lid, remove and reseat the ribbon and then close the lid.
  3. Press firmly on the lid to determine if there is a weak switch connection.
  4. If the error continues contact Tech Support or your Account Manager for further instructions.
