How to Use Cloud Sharing with Dropbox in LabelForge PRO on PC

In this video, lets walkthrough how to connect Dropbox to LabelForge PRO on your PC so you can easily open, edit, and save label templates directly from the cloud. It shows how to log in, access your stored files, make updates in the Label Designer, and re save them back to Dropbox for seamless sharing across your team.

1. Access Cloud Services 0:18

• Open the LabelForge PRO application on your PC.

• Navigate to the cloud option located on the left-hand side of the interface.

2. Select Cloud Service 0:18

• Choose the cloud service you wish to connect to (OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox).

• For this SOP, we will focus on connecting to Dropbox.

3. Log into Dropbox 0:48

• Click on the 'Log in with Dropbox' option.

• A browser window will open prompting you to log into your Dropbox account.

4. Select Template from Dropbox 1:01

• Once logged in, you will see all templates stored in your Dropbox.

• Select the desired template to load it into the Label Designer module.

5. Edit or Print Label 1:16

• Make any necessary changes to the label in the Label Designer module.

• If needed, print the label directly from this module.

6. Save Changes to Dropbox 1:26

• Click on the hamburger menu in the top left-hand corner.

  Select 'Save to Cloud' and then choose the Dropbox option.

7. Rename and Save File 1:35

• If necessary, rename the file before saving.

• You can also choose to overwrite the existing file by saving it with the same name.

• Click 'Save' to finalize the process.
