How to Use Cloud Sharing with OneDrive in LabelForge PRO on PC

In this video, lets walkthrough how to connect Microsoft OneDrive to LabelForge PRO on your PC so you can easily open, edit, and save label templates directly from the cloud. It shows how to log in, access your stored files, make updates in the Label Designer, and re save them back to Dropbox for seamless sharing across your team.

 

1. Access Cloud Services 0:18

  • Open the LabelForge PRO application on your PC.

  • Navigate to the cloud option located on the left-hand side of the application.

2. Select OneDrive 0:22

  • Click on the OneDrive option from the available cloud services.

  • Ensure that OneDrive is selected as the default option.

3. Log in to OneDrive 1:03

  • Click on the 'Login with OneDrive' button.

  • A new browser window will open prompting you to sign in.

  • Enter your OneDrive credentials and complete the login process.

4. Access Your OneDrive Folders 1:14

  • Return to the LabelForge PRO application after logging in.

  • You should see your OneDrive folders displayed.

  • Navigate to the folder where your templates are stored.

5. Open a Template 1:36

  • Click on the desired template to open it in the label designer module.

6. Print or Edit the Template 1:50

  • Print the label as needed.

  • If changes are required, make the necessary edits in the label designer.

7. Save Changes to OneDrive 1:59

  • Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner of the application.

  • Select the 'Save to Cloud' option.

  • Choose OneDrive as the destination.

  • Enter a new file name or use the original file name to overwrite.

  • Click 'Save' to store the updated label back to OneDrive.
