Customizing a Hot Coffee Premade Sign | LabelForge PRO

In this video, we show how to customize a Hot Coffee Caution Sign using LabelForge PRO’s Premade Sign Library, which features over 3,000+ premade sign templates ready to print or customize. You’ll see how to adjust text, format the layout, and add a coffee symbol so the label fits your needs and is ready for quick printing.

 

1. Access Premade Signs Section 0:09

  • Navigate to the premade signs section in LabelForge PRO.

  • Review the available options, which include over 3000 OSHA compliant signs.

2. Select a Sign to Customize 0:36

  • Browse through the top-rated signs.

  • Choose a sign you wish to customize (e.g., a sign indicating 'Hot Coffee').

3. Adjust Sign Dimensions 1:00

  • Click on the selected sign to open customization options.

  • Adjust the width to the desired size (e.g., 4x6).

  • Optionally, deselect 'preserve aspect ratio' to change the length.

4. Configure Background and Header Options 1:17

  • Decide whether to use a background color (e.g., yellow square).

  • Leave 'load with background' off if not needed.

  • Ensure 'load with header' is on if the header is not pre-printed on the supply.

5. Edit Text on the Sign 2:05

  • Double-click on the text to edit.

  • Add additional lines as needed (e.g., type 'coffee' below 'hot').

  • Center the text and adjust its position.

  • Go to the 'insert' menu and select 'symbols'.

  • Use the search feature to find the coffee symbol.

  • Select and insert the desired symbol, then position it appropriately.

  • Review the entire sign layout to ensure everything is aligned and looks good.
