In this video, we show how to quickly customize a Notice sign from LabelForge PRO’s Premade Sign Library, which features over 3,000+ premade sign templates ready to print or customize. You’ll see how to search for a sign, adjust its size, and add symbols like a hardhat icon so it matches your specific needs and the supply loaded in your printer.
Step 1: Access Premade Signs 0:12

Open the LabelForge PRO software.

Navigate to the 'Premade Signs' section.

Search for the desired sign (e.g., 'hardhat').
Step 2: Select a Sign 0:36

Browse through the search results.

Click on the sign you wish to edit (e.g., 'Notice Hard Hats Required in This Area').
Step 3: Adjust Label Settings 1:05

In the new window, check the following settings:

Width and Length: Ensure the width is set correctly. Length can be adjusted by deselecting 'Preserve Aspect Ratio'.

Load with Background: Keep this option off unless a background is needed.

Load with Header: Turn this off to avoid additional headers.

Step 4: Edit Text and Resize 2:16

Double-click on the text to edit if necessary.

Resize the text box using the orange squares to fit your design.

Click off the text box.

Go to the 'Insert' option and select 'Symbols'.

Choose the 'PPE' category from the left-hand side.

Select a hardhat symbol and click 'Insert'.

Drag the inserted symbol to the desired location on the label.

Resize the symbol using the orange squares to fit appropriately.
