In this video, we walk through the object sizing, alignment, and layering tools in LabelForge PRO’s Label Designer by redesigning a fire extinguisher inspection record label.
You’ll learn how to set custom label dimensions, align and resize text, layer shapes and objects, and group elements for easy movement. We’ll also build tables, add headers, adjust colors, and finalize the layout so it’s clean, organized, and ready to print.
Set Up Label Dimensions 0:17

Open Label Designer.

Set the width to 3 inches and the length to 4.5 inches.

Click on 'Create New Label'.
Change Orientation to Portrait 0:42

Go to the settings option.

Change the orientation from landscape to portrait.

Type 'Fire Extinguisher' and 'Inspection Record'.

Change the header text from 'Recharge Record' to 'Inspection Record'.

Change the line color to white and adjust layering as needed.
