How to Print PDF Label Outside of LabelForge PRO & Creating a New PDF Form Size on PC with DuraLabel Toro Max
Step 1: Access Printer Server Properties 0:23

Go to Printer Server Properties.

Navigate to Printers and Scanners.
Step 2: Select a Base Size 0:30

Scroll to the bottom and click on Printer Server Properties.

Choose the closest size that has GP next to it (e.g., 4x2).
Step 3: Create a New Form 0:43

Change the dimensions to your desired size (e.g., change 4x2 to 4x3).

Click on Create a New Form.
Step 4: Name the New Form 0:54

Rename the form to GP 4x3 or your desired dimension.

Ensure the naming convention includes GP followed by the dimensions.
Step 5: Apply Changes 1:09

Click Apply and then OK to save the new form.
Step 6: Reopen PDF 1:19

Close the PDF you were working on and reopen it.
Step 7: Select Printer and Properties 1:28

Go to Print and select DuraLabel Toro Max as your printer.

Click on Properties.
Step 8: Choose the New Paper Size 1:38

Set the orientation to Landscape.

Click on Advanced and select GP 4x3 or your new dimension from the Paper Sizes.
