Ensure you have a 4x6 inch Premium Vinyl Notched Supply with a Danger Header.

Use Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam for printing.

If spacing looks off, run a quick calibration (link provided in description).
Step 2: Printer Setup 0:52

Go to Bluetooth and Devices on your computer.

Navigate to Printers and Scanners.

Access Toro Max Printer Properties.

Click on the Security tab.

Ensure 'Print', 'Manage this printer', and 'Manage documents' are checked for all groups/usernames under the Allow section.

Click Apply and then OK.
Step 3: Print Settings in Adobe Acrobat 1:33

Open your PDF label in Adobe Acrobat.

Select the Toro Max as your printer.

Click on the Properties tab.

Set Orientation to Landscape.

Go to the Advanced tab and select GP 4x6 paper size.

Change Label Stock Format from Continuous Stock to Notched Stock (if applicable).

Click OK twice.
Step 4: Final Print Setup 2:19

Ensure Toro Max is selected as your printer.

Confirm document size matches label size (set to Actual Size to eliminate borders).

Set margins to zero.
-
Verify orientation is set to Landscape.

Proceed to print.
